Build N4Hurrah, we have a plan.
In simple terms, we are going to focus on one of our houses/flats a month until they are all well-insulated / more efficient. We're still working out what this will be called. Home Blitz N4 and Ground Force N4 sound way too macho!
First of all we need to be trained in how to identify the possible measures. David (from the EST) and Tom (from the Highbury Group) have offered to identify possible trainers...
